Designer

A designer in the sense used here is every software developer who makes design decisions (i.e. virtually everyone).

• “Designer” in waterfall-like processes may also refer to the role of a developer who is responsible for the upfront design (similar to a software architect).
• “Designer” may also refer to screen designers, user interface designers or web designers who compose the visual appearance of a software or website.
